Job Description
We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skills
- Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
- Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
- Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain.
Requirements
- •Ability to provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests
- •Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications
- •Ability to escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels
- •Ability to maintain support documentation and follow-up activities
- •Ability to monitor recurring technical issues and report findings
