We are seeking an exceptional Specialist Endodontist to join our thriving dental practice. As a Specialist Endodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating issues related to dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of endodontic care in a compassionate and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose oral health issues related to endodontics.
• Perform a variety of endodontic treatments, including root canals, re-treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, including 3D imaging, to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions and provide guidance on treatment options and preventive care.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in accordance with practice policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advances in endodontic care.
• Implement and enforce strict infection control protocols within the practice.Requirements
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, with completion of an accredited residency in Endodontics.
• Board certification in Endodontics is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in endodontics is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced endodontic procedures and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dental team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and pursuing continuous education.
