Ecosystem & Growth Lead (Web3/DeFi)

Location: Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Compensation: $200K - $250K

We are hiring on behalf of our client, the team behind the next-generation yield engine for the crypto economy. Their unified infrastructure layer connects deposited capital to the best risk-adjusted yield opportunities across Decentralized Finance (DeFi), continuously and automatically reallocating assets to maximize returns. They are building the "last vault you’ll ever need" and are backed by leading venture capital firms and major blockchain foundations.

As the Ecosystem Lead, you will own our infrastructure's ecosystem-driven growth strategy end-to-end. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the adoption of their infrastructure across the broader application landscape. You will scale customer acquisition and growth by identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that are crucial to onboarding the next billion people into DeFi.

The Opportunity:

• Design, implement, and own the end-to-end ecosystem strategy for a foundational DeFi protocol.
• Drive adoption and scaling of their yield infrastructure by cultivating high-impact partnerships across the Web3 landscape.
• Own customer acquisition through innovative and strategic partnership deals.
• Work cross-functionally with technical and product teams to translate market needs into product roadmaps.
• Be a key leader in the mission to onboard the next billion users into the decentralized financial ecosystem.Requirements

They are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous individual obsessed with growth and equipped with a proven track record in the Web3 business development space.

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development (BD), Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
• Broad domain experience across key blockchain ecosystems, specifically with the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana networks.
• Obsession with growth and a proven ability to deliver quantifiable results through innovative partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in building, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and collaborating effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Deep passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield generation.Benefits
