• Deliver trainings to technical staff & UAEN students by following OEM & NQC standards.
• Deliver on-the-job trainings to technical staff & UAEN students as per critical operational requirements.
• Deliver Product Knowledge technical trainings.
• Conduct technician skills assessment and recommend solutions for performance gap issues and potential areas of training.
• Conduct UAEN students’ skills assessment and recommend solutions for skills gap as per NQC standards.
• Customize, develop materials, and deliver trainings to address performance gaps such as quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
• Disseminate information, monitor, and communicate on reports.
• Ensure all the required administrative documents and reports related to training and development of are updated.
• Lead in organizing technical skills competitions.
• Coach and mentor selected staff for regional skills competitions.
• Ensure that all facilities and support materials are properly maintained.
• Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the skills and performance of technical staff & UAEN students.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training interventions.
• Provide feedback and coaching to technical staff based on assessment results to support their professional development.
• Develop engaging and informative content for training materials, including videos, infographics, and interactive modules aligning with brand guidelines and training objectives.
• Design and implement e-learning modules and microlearning sessions to provide flexible and accessible training solutions.
• Utilize latest e-learning platforms and AI, digital tools to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning and microlearning programs.
• Administration of Learning management System.
Educational Qualification
• Technical/ Engineering Degree / PG in Automobile or Mechanical.
• Certification in e-learning design or instructional design from reputed institutes
• Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Colossyan, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.Work Experience
• Min. 5 years’ work experience, preferably in Automotive Industry / Training.
• Expertise in Product and Technical training for Productive staff & students trainings.
• Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing training programs, preferably in the automotive industry.
