Job Overview

As a Senior Manager Growth & Partnerships at Emirates NBD, your role is to brings together digital native’s lifestyle expectations & needs and their money together into one app. As Liv continues to grow rapidly and new challenger digital banks emerges in the market, building innovative products with clear customer value proposition is essential to differentiate ourselves from competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the retail asset products including Credit cards, loans and related services

• Define the customer value proposition across the products to drive higher adoption; Liaise with senior management stakeholders to align the value proposition with the Strategy

• Build innovative first-in-the-market products and journeys to differentiate Liv from competition

• Smoothen the existing digital customer journeys to enhance customer experience as well as minimize the funnel drop off

• Drive customer engagement and portfolio management activities like IPP X-sell, Balance transfer, Loan top-ups etc.

• Drive customer acquisition & Product/Service X-sell in coordination with marketing team

• Develop and enable smooth back-up journeys to assist customers during any customer drop off

• Co-ordinate with the different channels and partnership team to drive digital sales for the products & maximize customer value proposition

• Define regular campaigns across products X channels, including spend campaigns, and monitor performance to build a learnings repository

• Revenues and profitability across products driven by product acquisition as well as portfolio management

• Build seamless sales journeys for customers including but not limited to customer acquisition & onboarding, product introduction & X-sell and customer reactivation

• Daily monitoring of the customer drop-off across different levels of the funnel; Building & implementing initiatives to enhance the funnel conversion

Skills and Experience

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business

• 4-6 years of Experience in retail banking industry

• Experience in digital industry (like digital banking, e-comm etc.) is a plus

• Experience of managing a P&L

• Start-up experience is a plus

• Developing and understanding digital journeys and funnel management

• Collaborate across different teams to drive new products / journeys

• Managing a team
