- Support the CEO with business planning, performance analysis, and management reporting and coordination.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and business updates for CEO review and decision-making.
- Monitor key business KPIs and highlight trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, and other functions to consolidate accurate and timely business information.
- Support analysis of financial and operational performance, including costs, productivity, manpower, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate key strategic and operational initiatives, tracking actions, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
- Follow up with leadership and relevant stakeholders on CEO decisions and agreed actions, escalating delays or key issues.
- Support business cases, research, benchmarking, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate CEO and leadership meetings, including presentations, agendas, key decisions, and action follow-up.
- Support ad hoc business analysis, executive projects, and assignments requested by the CEO.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Professional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field would be an advantage.
Work Experience ·
- 5 years of experience in business planning, analysis, reporting, or project coordination.
- · Experience in management reporting, presentations, and cross-functional coordination.
- · Logistics or supply chain experience is an advantage.
Competencies
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Good commercial and operational awareness.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Languages
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
