ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its diagnostic audiology, hearing rehabilitation and balance/hearing support services and is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct adult and pediatric hearing assessments using appropriate audiometric test batteries.
- Perform hearing aid evaluation, fitting, verification, counselling and follow-up care.
- Support tinnitus management, balance screening or vestibular assessments according to facility scope.
- Collaborate with ENT consultants, speech therapists, pediatricians and rehabilitation teams.
- Educate patients and families on hearing loss, device care, communication strategies and long-term management.
- Maintain equipment calibration awareness, documentation, infection control and quality standards.

- Recognised degree or master's qualification in Audiology
- Professional audiology registration from home country where applicable
- Experience with diagnostic audiology and hearing aid fitting
- Paediatric audiology / vestibular testing experience preferred
- Eligibility for UAE professional licensing through DHA / DOH / MOH
