Senior Accountant/Filipino National

Müller's Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is specifically open to Filipino nationals who are eager to contribute their expertise to our dynamic finance department. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support budget planning and forecasting activities, providing insights into financial performance.
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support. Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA certification or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Filipino national with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
