Overview Of The Role:

• The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in driving sales growth while ensuring an exemplary customer experience. They are responsible for creating an inviting and organized shopping environment, projecting a warm and welcoming demeanor, and serving customers with up-to-date product information. This role demands strong communication abilities and a keen attention to visual standards, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and store success.
What You Will Do:

General

• Create a clean and organized store environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Deliver a positive first impression to customers through energetic attitude and proper dress code adherence.
• Greet customers immediately with a smile and a friendly greeting upon entering the store.
• Provide customers with current and relevant information about products.
• Offer quality service in fitting rooms; follow up with customers timely, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and aim to upsell.
• Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
• Thank customers sincerely for their purchase and invite them back as they exit the store.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Capability to handle cash transactions accurately.
What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic customer service practices.
