Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Client Acquisition
• Proactively source and secure new property management agreements from landlords and investors
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches

• Support revenue growth and portfolio expansion initiatives
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand positioning Client Relations and Stakeholder Management
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and investors
• Provide regular portfolio performance updates and market insights
• Handle tenant disputes and resolve issues professionally
• Respond promptly to landlord and tenant inquiries
• Maintain high client retention through service excellence Portfolio and Asset Management
• Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed use properties
• Oversee tenant onboarding, lease documentation, renewals, and handovers
• Manage tenancy renewals in line with regulatory requirements
• Monitor occupancy levels, rental performance, and asset value
• Ensure smooth move in and move out processes with proper inspections Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and authorities
