•Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring prompt, courteous, and personalized service at all times.•Welcome and engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.•Monitor service quality to ensure compliance with IHG brand standards.•Handle guest complaints efficiently and escalate concerns when necessary.Operations
•Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness before each service period.•Ensure tables, buffet displays, and service stations are properly set up and maintained.•Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.Responsible Business
•Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety regulations.•Promote sustainable work practices by minimizing waste and conserving resources.•Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.•Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management to support the operation.••
Requirements
