Remote Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate must have prior experience or strong understanding of real estate marketing materials, property promotions, and brand-focused design. This role requires someone who can transform property listings, project launches, and corporate branding into visually compelling marketing assets that attract buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, flyers, roll-ups, and presentations
• Create engaging social media posts, ads, banners, and story templates for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Develop digital marketing assets including email newsletters, website banners, landing page visuals, and online campaign materials
• Design project launch materials for off-plan developments and ready properties
• Prepare professional listing templates for property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
• Edit photos of properties (lighting, color correction, retouching) to enhance visual appeal
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deadlines
• Ensure fast turnaround time while maintaining high design standards
