ROLE SUMMARY
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers on the 3rd floor of T1, managing the reception area and ensuring the floor is organized during daily operations, events, and meetings. The role coordinates front-desk activities, delivers excellent customer service, handles emergencies efficiently, and supports smooth office operations.

• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Manage reception services, visitor registration, and call routing. Coordinate calendars, meetings, meeting rooms, and corporate events.
