Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee quality assurance and quality control functions for a mixed-use development project within our Project/Program/Construction Management (PMCM) division. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with project specifications and industry standards
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of construction materials, workmanship, and installations across all project phases
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
• Identify quality deviations and non-conformances, documenting findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project timelines
• Prepare detailed quality reports, metrics, and documentation for project stakeholders and management review
• Lead quality meetings and provide technical guidance to project personnel on quality requirements and best practices
• Manage quality-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent defects and rework
• Coordinate with design teams and consultants to clarify specifications and resolve technical quality concerns
• Maintain organized quality records, certificates of compliance, and test reports for project documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of quality management experience in construction or mixed-use development projects
• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control methodologies and processes
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and relevant construction quality standards
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and local construction practices
• Experience with quality management systems and documentation software
• Demonstrated ability to conduct inspections, audits, and testing protocols
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and documentation management capabilities
• Proficiency in PMCM software platforms and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to make decisive quality decisions and implement corrective actions
• Professional certifications in quality management (CQM, ASQ, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience managing quality on large-scale or complex construction projects preferred
