At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.

We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

As a Quality Engineer, Body Structures & Closures, you will lead quality engineering activities for Body Structures and Closures at AMP2 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will work in a fast‑paced, highly dynamic environment alongside a motivated, cross‑functional team supporting some of Lucid’s most challenging and high‑impact programs.

In this role, you will partner across the full product lifecycle to proactively protect Lucid’s production lines from quality risks. You’ll collaborate closely with Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Launch, and Field Quality teams to ensure robust quality execution from early development through launch and production.

You Will

• Ensure compliance of quality deliverables at each project milestone during the launch phase in alignment with corporate standards

• Lead quality test and validation follow‑up with Product Engineering

• Review, validate, and support APQP/PPAP activities in partnership with Supplier Quality and Product Engineering

• Ensure part maturity and readiness to secure production line stability

• Monitor and drive responsiveness between Incoming Quality and suppliers on non‑conforming parts

• Define Incoming Quality Inspection requirements and support training of internal teams and third‑party resources

• Collect, track, and resolve Incoming Quality findings during launch in collaboration with suppliers and cross‑functional teams

• Proactively identify supplier risks and lead mitigation plans with Supplier Quality Development

• Drive problem‑solving activities with the Launch team, validate solution implementation through Gemba walks, and ensure long‑term sustainability

• Lead containment and root‑cause resolution for internal quality issues identified through Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Lucid Customer Product Audits

• Contribute to customer satisfaction by leading 0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS, and similar quality findings, including containment and corrective actions, in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing

• Ensure readiness and approvals for New Parts Introduction (NPI), including trials, part change management, and PPAP approvals

• Track and monitor Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) within PLM or equivalent systems

You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Total Quality Management, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of overall quality or manufacturing experience (post-graduation)

• 2–4 years of experience supporting a greenfield OEM environment

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Ability to influence, motivate, and gain alignment across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment

• Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities

• Experience leading complex quality issues and communicating effectively at all organizational levels

• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus
