1. Receiving maintenance complaints from tenants (RAK) and watchmen.
2. Conducting on-site inspections and site visits as required.
3. Raising reported issues with maintenance team and contractors, along with coordinating the required works.
4. Preparing Claim IDs for maintenance-related works.
5. Submitting maintenance status updates and monthly reports.
6. Monitoring watchmen-related performance and training progress.
1. UAE driving license
2. Arabic, English language preference
3. Technical knowledge about facilities management
4. Customer relation work
5. System, mail and Microsoft office knowledge
Notes:
Contract Duration: 3 months
Visa: Candidate must have their own visa
Working Arrangement: On-site + office
Working Hours: 8 working hours + 1-hour break
Salary: AED 3,000
Requirements
- •UAE driving license
