Generic Accountability
• Owns & Manages Business initiative, product roadmap and end to end delivery.

• Participates in discussions and activities regarding IT project funding, resourcing and prioritization while advocating for the business as it relates to programs and projects
• Manages one or more business programs and projects
• Responsible for aligning programs, projects to strategic objectives and goals of respective service line working closely with Product owner, service owner and portfolio lead
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Minimum Qualification
• 15+ years of experience in managing business banking and digital channels domains.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent degree
• Certificed in agile or scrum
• Certified in ITIL or similar Framework
• Expert-level industry or vendors certifications are desired.
• Banking background and experience.
