Your Impact
As a Fashion PR & Showroom Intern, you will support the Fashion PR team in strengthening the visibility and desirability of CHANEL across the Middle East. Working across press requests, sample coordination, showroom management, reporting and events, you will help ensure that Fashion and celebrity communications activities are delivered with precision, care and creativity.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the operational excellence behind luxury Fashion PR collaborating with local, regional and global teams, while supporting the presence of CHANEL in leading editorial, digital, social and event moments.
Your Main Responsibilities
Shoots & Press Requests
• Coordinate multibrand press requests locally and internationally, in collaboration with stylists, local teams and global counterparts.
• Liaise with stylists to gather shoot information, assess shoot environments and ensure requests are managed appropriately.
• Coordinate sample requests and deliveries, including alignment with the global team where required.
• Monitor when looks have been featured in shoots and track the release of relevant print issues.
• Support the coordination of CHANEL special shoots locally and internationally, including sample coordination for Watches & Fine Jewellery and Fragrance & Beauty special shoots.
• Arrange the delivery and collection of Fashion looks for special shoots, loans and other sample movements.
• Book and coordinate couriers to ensure the timely and secure movement of samples.
Fashion PR Showroom
- Input new samples into Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) upon arrival.
- Support the creation of new press-rack decks and update existing decks as new samples arrive.
- Maintain the showroom to the highest standards on a daily basis, ensuring samples are organised, well-presented and kept in excellent condition.
- Assist with sample coordination for event fittings, internal loans and dressing requirements.Feedback & Reporting
- Monitor Fashion and celebrity press clippings across print, digital and social media, ensuring monthly reports remain accurate and up to date.
- Prepare coverage reports for Fashion shows and Fashion events.
- Complete global feedback reports and PR studies where relevant.
- Maintain global master lists and orchestration files related to multibrand shoots and Fashion shows.
- Upload Fashion clippings to local and global shared drives to support PR studies and coverage reporting.
- Organise DHL send-outs and press-kit deliveries.Events
- Support the planning and delivery of Fashion events as required, contributing to the smooth coordination of samples, logistics and related PR activity. Your Energizers

- A strong interest in Fashion, luxury, media, celebrity culture and public relations.
- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
- A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across different stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset, combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment and handling samples with care, discretion and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS would be an advantage.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Fashion, Marketing or a related field.
- Previous internship or initial experience in PR, events, media, Fashion or luxury is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.Your Journey with CHANEL
