Driven Properties is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant for a 4-month contract to provide essential support to our top property consultant during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a keen ability to manage various administrative tasks effectively.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and arranging meetings.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation required for client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards.
• Coordinate property viewings and client appointments while liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
• Support the team in daily operations and assist with any other tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM, Property Monitor, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with property management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Availability to commit to the full duration of the 4-month contract ( From May to August 2026).
