The purpose of this role is to leverage advanced workforce analytics and planning methodologies to optimize talent management, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making within Emarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual workforce budget based on the approved workforce plan, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and operational needs.
- Monitor and control workforce expenditures by analyzing budget variances and preparing reports for reconciliation and corrective action.
- Design and maintain interactive workforce dashboards and reports that highlight key HR metrics such as turnover, nationalization, vacancy fill rates, and headcount trends.
- Source, clean, and analyze workforce data for internal use, external audit requirements, and decision-making support across departments.
- Conduct headcount forecasting and workload analysis using departmental data to support organizational design and strategic staffing decisions.
- Maintain accurate workforce structures within the HR system, including the creation and update of positions, departments, and reporting lines.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to track position openings, validate hiring timelines, and ensure alignment with workforce plans and budget approvals.
- Provide executive-level reports and workforce insights to senior management to support strategic planning and business reviews.
- Work with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity, security, and usability across workforce analytics tools and platforms.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Required: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, or a related role, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
