- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market and new developments
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Romanian language skills preferred
- 50%–70% commission structure

Requirements
