- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
- Arabic speaker
- Proven experience in property sales and client management
- UAE/Dubai real estate market knowledge
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Female candidates with relevant Dubai real estate experience are encouraged to apply
- 50%–70% commission structure

Requirements
