OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

Integrated Campaign Execution & Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across rooms, F&B, wellness, brand, and lifestyle priorities

• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and approvals with internal stakeholders

•
Support hotel packages, seasonal offers, rooms promotions, F&B activations, and property-wide initiatives

Social Media Management

• Support day-to-day digital marketing activity, including content scheduling, social media coordination, and community engagement

• Curate social media content aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives

•
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations

Rooms Marketing & Digital Platform Maintenance

• Update hotel websites, rooms packages, landing pages, digital listings, and campaign content to ensure accuracy and conversion-focused messaging

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across hotel, rooms, F&B, wellness, and third-party digital platforms

• Conduct regular content audits across owned channels and third-party platforms to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, updated imagery, offer visibility, and conversion-focused messaging

Support email marketing and digital campaign deployment

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular marketing performance updates covering rooms campaigns, website activity, social media, email marketing, and key digital channels

• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, website traffic, direct booking indicators, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI

•
Compile competitor and market insights to support strategy

Photo & Video Shoot Coordination

• Assist in planning, briefing, and executing photo and video shoots

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and outlets

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign direction

Media & Influencer Support

• Coordinate media dining experiences, reviews, and influencer collaborations

• Manage invitations, logistics, and follow-up communications

•
Support PR-driven content amplification across channels

Brand & Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing calendars and asset libraries

• Liaise with F&B teams to gather updates, offers, and menu changes

• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and guidelines
