Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, commercially driven, and results-oriented Manager – Content & Creative to lead the end-to-end planning, development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing content for our Home & Furniture business.
The role will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and performance-focused creative assets across paid media platforms & CRM channels.
The ideal candidate will combine strong creative conceptualization and storytelling capabilities with hands-on execution, agency management, and a data-driven approach to content optimization. The candidate will work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Design, Brand and external creative partners to ensure timely delivery of impactful content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
