ROLE SUMMARY
Create and deliver platform-native, social-first content that enhances MAF's corporate brand, executive visibility, employer brand, and stakeholder engagement. Translate communication priorities into engaging, audience-focused content across enterprise social channels while adapting to emerging trends and ensuring brand consistency, governance, and reputational integrity.
ROLE PROFILE
• Develop social-first content across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts, aligned with Corporate Communications priorities.
• Transform corporate announcements, campaigns, leadership messages, events, and culture stories into engaging platform-specific content.
• Monitor social trends, audience behaviours, conversations, and engagement insights to optimise content performance and relevance.
• Collaborate with creative teams, executives, communication partners, and agencies to deliver a consistent content pipeline.
• Leverage artificial intelligence-assisted tools for content creation, editing, localisation, and optimisation while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Analyse performance data, maintain content calendars, and improve publishing processes through insights and social listening.
REQUIREMENTS
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Bring 4–6 years of experience in social content creation, digital publishing, and platform-native storytelling.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of short-form content, community engagement, social analytics, and audience behaviours.
• Apply expertise in brand tone, content workflows, and digital communication best practices.
