⢠Prepare and submit RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents for events and exhibition projects.

⢠Complete vendor registration processes for government, corporate, and event portals.
⢠Upload required documents such as trade licenses, certifications, and financials.
⢠Maintain updated vendor profiles across multiple procurement platforms.
⢠Ensure compliance with client procurement policies and portal requirements.Client Liaison & Relationship Management
⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for leadāstage and earlyāengagement clients.
