JOB TITLE
Last Mile Team Leader | MAF Retail | Hypermarket UAE
ROLE SUMMARY
The Last Mile Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day execution of fulfillment operations which includes Picking, Marshalling activities. When applicable, the role holder should liaise with the store and make sure that the customers are fully satisfied with the online services in terms of freshness, quality and fulfillment of their orders.
ROLE PROFILE
• Manage the day-to-day e-commerce fulfilment operations.
• Lead picking and handover to last mile supervisor to ensure all activities are performed effectively and seamlessly.
• Ensure proper arrangement of dark store and stock adequacy.
• Ensure coordination of operations team, commercial team and IT.
• Understand, evaluate and problem solve for logistics, operations and other system process hurdles.
• Manage customer service function with in the store.
• Ensure measures are taken to handover goods on-time as per schedule defined by last mile department.
• Proper packing of goods inside delivery crates to avoid damages for customer.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in E- Commerce or Business Administration.
• 3 – 5 years of professional work experience working in logistics and supply chain.
• E-commerce Fulfillment and Last Mile Experience is a plus.
• Commercial knowledge preferred.
• Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills, driving results in cross-functional team setting.
