Job Description

As Head of Marketing, you'll inspire meaningful connections by shaping the identity, voice, and presence of Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection. With a passion for storytelling, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, you'll lead strategic marketing and communication initiatives that engage our guests, strengthen our brand, and drive business success.

• Develop and lead comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with hotel business objectives and MGallery brand positioning.

• Create compelling campaigns and engaging content that showcase the hotel's unique identity, distinctive character, and the MGallery spirit.

• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, online reputation, and the hotel's overall digital presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations to drive revenue growth, strengthen guest engagement, and support commercial objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and market differentiation.

• Manage the marketing budget, evaluate campaign performance, and ensure effective use of resources to maximize return on investment.

• Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications consistently reflect MGallery and Accor brand standards.

• Champion innovative storytelling and memorable brand experiences that strengthen the hotel's reputation and positioning in the luxury hospitality market.

Qualifications

Your Experience & Skills Include:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably within luxury or upscale hospitality.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, such as Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing, or equivalent.

• Strong expertise in hospitality marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and content creation.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

• A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for storytelling, brand positioning, and creating meaningful guest connections.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to develop marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and support business objectives.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining MGallery’s distinctive identity, brand standards, and storytelling.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Knowledge of Accor systems, brand standards, and international luxury hospitality practices is an advantage.
