About the Programme
This is a full-time, international opportunity designed for candidates committed to long-term success in financial services.
- Initial 6–8 week intensive training programme in Malta (next intake January 2027)
- Progression into a full-time advisory role in Dubai or other global offices
- Full relocation and onboarding support provided
- Access to ongoing training, mentorship, and development frameworksOver the past two decades, this programme has produced a strong pipeline of professionals across wealth management, business development, and financial advisory, many of whom now operate successfully across international markets.
What You’ll Gain
