Event Specialist

Mira Construction marketing team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about orchestrating remarkable events and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalise events according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Develop event concepts and formats including program agenda and schedules.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, branding, and technical requirements.
• Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure quality service.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and ensure integrated communications.
• On-site management of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and any issues are quickly resolved.
• Gather and analyse post-event feedback to improve future events.Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event management or coordination in UAE.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in budgeting and cost management.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel as required for event coordination.
