Consultant Urologist | UK CCT / American Board - Leading Private Hospital

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Urologist to join a leading private hospital in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care and surgical management for a wide range of urological conditions, working within a modern healthcare environment committed to clinical excellence and patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
• Perform urological surgeries and procedures, including endoscopic and minimally invasive techniques, according to clinical expertise.
• Manage kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract infections, bladder conditions, and urological cancers.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and interpret relevant laboratory investigations and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop individualised treatment plans and provide pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care.
• Evaluate and manage male reproductive health conditions, including infertility and erectile dysfunction, where appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical governance, patient safety, and infection-control standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development.
Substantial consultant-level clinical and surgical experience in Urology.

Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing complex urological conditions.

Experience in endoscopic and minimally invasive urological procedures is highly desirable.

Excellent clinical judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Eligibility for professional licensing in Qatar, subject to the relevant authority's requirements.
