• Strong understanding of capital markets operations, trading systems, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical product features into business benefits.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
