Main Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives

ā¢ Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction tailored to a B2B financial services audience
ā¢ Plan and execute campaigns that support lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness
ā¢ Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI
ā¢ Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a creative and collaborative environment
ā¢ Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and continuously optimize marketing effortsRequirements
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
ā¢ Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
ā¢ Experience working in B2B marketing environments, preferably within financial services, fintech, or professional services

Requirements
