Business Development Manager (BDM) – Enterprise Software & Solutions

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a high-energy, articulate, and presentable Business Development Manager (BDM) based on-site in their Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will drive sector-specific expansion (e.g., Real Estate, Retail, Banking, F&B), conduct in-person and virtual client presentations, manage end-to-end sales pipelines, and close high-value software deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and acquire enterprise accounts within assigned verticals through direct engagement and site visits.
• Leverage deep sector knowledge to pitch tailored B2B software, SaaS, and automation solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle: lead qualification, needs discovery, demo presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closing.
• Defend delivery timelines, navigate pricing models, and effectively manage client objections.
• Maintain strict CRM discipline, tracking conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal stages.
• Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas backed by clear metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Location: Must be physically based in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B software, SaaS, or tech solutions sales experience within the Saudi market.
- Enterprise Sales Capability: Proven ability to manage full enterprise sales cycles and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Sector Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of sector-specific platforms such as ERP, CRM, POS/Inventory solutions, and HR or business automation tools across target sectors.
- Sector Experience: Experience selling into one or more of these sectors: logistics, NGO, hospitality, real estate and construction, retail, gym and spa, or manufacturing.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience presenting and selling to owners, CEOs, general managers, operations directors, finance leaders, and IT decision-makers.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional fluency in Arabic. Fluency in English is a plus. Strong executive presence and confident presentation skills.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Hands-on experience with CRM pipeline tracking, forecasting, and conversion metrics, with the ability to articulate past performance through clear sales numbers.
