Business Development - All Levels (Junior/ Mid/ Senior/ Director)

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is expanding its dynamic team and is looking for enthusiastic candidates for Business Development roles at all levels including Junior, Mid-level, Senior, and Director positions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading property management firm in Dubai, where you will play a crucial role in driving our business development strategies and contributing to our growth in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.

Depending on your experience level, you will collaborate with senior management, participate in developing innovative business strategies, and engage with a diverse range of clients. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, motivated, and passionate about making a significant impact in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management.
• Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Engage in market analysis to remain informed of industry trends, competitors, and client demands.
• Record all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote KAIZEN services.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and contribute to strategic planning discussions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in business development or sales roles may vary based on the level applied for: Junior (0-2 years), Mid-level (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Director (10+ years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is advantageous, especially for senior and director-level roles.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
