Assist the Bid & Marketing Manager where necessary with design and coordination of all aspects of tender bid documentation and presentations. From the initial enquiry from a Client, requesting information from multiple sources, setting the style of the Bid through graphic design, arranging the purchase of bespoke stationary to presenting the finished documents to Management.
Assist the Bid & Marketing Manager where necessary with various marketing tasks as detailed below.
Responsibilities
- •Assist with design and coordination of all aspects of tender bid documentation and presentations
- •Request information from multiple sources following initial client enquiries
- •Set the style of the Bid through graphic design
- •Arrange the purchase of bespoke stationery
- •Present finished documents to Management
- •Assist with various marketing tasks as detailed by the Bid & Marketing Manager
