Associate.Billing.Medcare Hospital Sharjah (Br)

We are hiring Associate- Billing for Medcare Hospital (Br).

Your Responsibilities-

• Respond to All Queries.

• Take care of & administer IP And OP bills &handle petty cash.

• Maintain discount/credit notes/cancelled bills as per billing policy.

• Ensure accurate and error free billing.

• Prepare and Maintain Billing updates and Month end review files.

• Conduct Random Audits of the finalized bills and collections.

• Handling all queries, related to final bill.

• Cancellation of bills related to both IP and OP bills.

• Collect cash, cheque and drafts towards advance and final settlement of bills.

• Make cash payments like IP bill refunds & petty cash.

• Give report of daily collection to Finance Controller in absence of billing manager.

• Submit daily refund analysis to Finance Controller.

• Submit monthly cash analysis report to Finance Controller.

• Send Reports Regarding Patient Deposit on Daily basis to COO, FC and Billing Manager.

• Send provisional bills to all patients on periodical basis.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors or master's in finance, accounting or any relevant field.

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Prior work experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
