Organization Unit Purpose
Corporate & Institutional Banking respectively cater to the requirements of Medium Corporates, and High Net worth Individuals, whilst contributing to the Bank’s growth and profitability.
Job Purpose
A core professional relationship role responsible to develop large to medium customer relationships, providing advise/ solutions based on thorough analysis of customer needs.
The candidate will be initially employed as ARM and upon satisfactory performance, the staff can be elevated to RM role.

1. Business Growth
• Market new business
• Enhance existing business portfolio
2. New accounts
• Market of new borrowing and non-borrowing relationships as per the acceptable risk parameters and the target market.
3. Relationship Management
• Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships
4. Account Reviews
• Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns.
• Conduct regular client’s meeting & update
5. Compliance
• Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization’s and customers interests.
6. Staff supervision
• Staff development/ guidance to achieve desired result
7. Communication
• Excellent business communication skills.
Education
• Finance / Accounting Graduate
• CFA/Masters in Busines Administration
