Assistant Relationship Manager - CMB Assets

Job Purpose

Support the Relationship Manager in managing the business banking portfolio, preparing credit proposals, coordinating facility documentation and transactions, and maintaining strong portfolio quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare credit proposals, financial spreads and supporting credit analysis for the Relationship Manager’s review.
• Liaise with customers to obtain financial information, documentation and transaction requirements.
• Support the structuring, documentation and utilization of credit facilities.
• Monitor account conduct, facility utilization, excesses, past dues, risk triggers, covenants and other credit conditions.
• Manage daily customer transactions, payments and settlements while supporting account profitability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete facility documentation, limit setup, drawdowns and trade-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready credit files.
• Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of SME or Corporate Credit Analysis experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit processes and operations.
