Job Description
The Senior Accountant – Rentals & Leases will be responsible for managing the accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and financial control of the company’s rental and lease portfolio. The role will ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting of rental expenses, landlord reconciliations, lease liabilities, right-of-use assets, rent payments, lease modifications, and related transactions in accordance with IFRS 16.
Requirements
- •Experience in managing rental and lease portfolio accounting
- •Knowledge of IFRS 16 standards
- •Ability to perform landlord reconciliations
- •Experience with lease liabilities and right-of-use assets
Responsibilities
- •Manage accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and financial control of rental and lease portfolio
- •Ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting of rental expenses
- •Perform landlord reconciliations
