Job Description
We are looking for an experienced B2B / Wholesale & Corporate Gifting Sales Lead to drive business development and accelerate revenue growth across corporate gifting, hospitality and wholesale channels throughout the UAE and GCC.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you will manage the complete sales cycle, develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and help build a scalable sales engine.
Responsibilities
Corporate Gifting
- Develop and grow corporate gifting accounts across banks, airlines, developers, government entities, family businesses and large enterprises.
- Promote personalized gifting solutions including branded packaging and customized products.
- Build seasonal corporate gifting campaigns.
Hospitality Sales
- Secure supply agreements with hotels, restaurants, hospitality groups and luxury venues.
- Expand existing accounts into regional multi-property partnerships.
Wholesale & Retail
- Identify and onboard new retail stockists throughout the UAE, GCC and international markets.
- Develop wholesale partnerships and encourage repeat business.
Sales Management
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Manage client meetings, proposals, negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Maintain an accurate CRM and sales forecast.
- Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent the company during exhibitions, networking events and trade shows.
- Protect profitability through commercial pricing and payment terms.Requirements
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within one or more of the following:
- Corporate Gifting
- Luxury Products
- Premium Homeware
- Tableware
- Hospitality Supply
- Premium FMCG
- Existing network of procurement, marketing, retail buying or hospitality decision makers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing complete sales pipelines.
- Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
- English is essential.
- Arabic is highly advantageous.
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred.Benefits
