Job Description
This role is based in Dubai, covering the Saudi market. Travel may be required.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by business needs.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow executive-level relationships (CxO, CHRO, CMO, senior government stakeholders) across key entities in Saudi Arabia
- Own and drive new business acquisition (hunter mindset) within the public sector and government ecosystem, identifying and closing high-value opportunities
- Manage and expand existing strategic accounts, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of LinkedIn Solutions
- Develop deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, Vision 2030 initiatives, and government priorities to position LinkedIn as a strategic partner
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline (3–4x coverage) through consistent prospecting, account-based strategies, and partner collaboration
- Create and execute territory and account plans with a clear focus on net new revenue and long-term account growth
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, maintaining strong CRM hygiene and disciplined deal management
- Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, including navigating procurement processes (Etimad), stakeholder alignment, and contract negotiations
- Act as a trusted advisor, elevating LinkedIn’s presence and value proposition within the Saudi public sector
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions, and Partners) to deliver impactful client outcomes
- Leverage partner ecosystem to open doors and scale opportunities
- Travel regularly within Saudi Arabia to build relationships, engage clients, and drive deal progression
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience in new business acquisition and account growth
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience selling into Public Sector & Government in Saudi Arabia, engaging at senior (CxO) level
- Understanding of Saudi procurement processes, including hands-on experience with EtimadPreferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to balance hunting (new logos) and farming (account expansion) effectively
- Experience in building and executing territory strategies aligned to market priorities (e.g., Vision 2030)
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and influence decision-makersSuggested Skills
