We’re looking for someone passionate about gaming and the Saudi market to become our local representative in Riyadh and help us strengthen our presence across the Kingdom.
Role Overview
As the Saudi Community & Partnerships Manager, you will be Tamatem’s representative on the ground in Saudi Arabia. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, represent the company at industry events, and help us stay closely connected to our players and the local gaming ecosystem.
This is a highly dynamic role for someone who enjoys networking, creating partnerships, organizing events, and understanding what gamers care about.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
• Represent Tamatem at gaming, entertainment, and industry events across Saudi Arabia.
• Build relationships with brands, sponsors, government entities, gaming organizations, and strategic partners.
• Source sponsorship opportunities for Tamatem games and events.
• Identify new partnership opportunities that can help grow our business.
• Support negotiations and coordinate partnership execution with internal teams.
Community & Market Development
• Stay closely connected with the Saudi gaming community.
• Identify emerging gaming trends, player behaviors, and cultural moments.
• Share market insights and recommendations with internal teams.
• Build relationships with gaming communities, clubs, universities, and local organizations.
• Help Tamatem maintain a strong presence within the Saudi gaming ecosystem.
Influencers & Community Engagement
• Discover and build relationships with Saudi gaming influencers and content creators.
• Support influencer campaigns and community activations.
• Recommend creators that fit each game and campaign.
• Help grow awareness of Tamatem’s games through authentic local partnerships.
Events & Tournaments
• Plan and execute community events, tournaments, and local activations.
• Coordinate Tamatem’s participation in exhibitions and gaming conferences.
• Manage event logistics and ensure successful on ground execution.
• Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences for our players.
Merchandise & Player Experience
• Coordinate merchandise production and distribution.
• Organize gifts and rewards for VIP players, tournament winners, influencers, and community members.
• Help create unique experiences that strengthen player loyalty.
Qualifications
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, community management, events, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self driven with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable attending events and representing Tamatem professionally.
• Passion for gaming and Baloot is a must
• Strong understanding of the Saudi gaming market is a major advantage.
• Experience working with brands, sponsors, influencers, or gaming communities is a plus.
• Experience organizing events or tournaments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Baloot and enthusiasm for the game would be a significant advantage.
