Arabic Language Teacher - Part-Time

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Arabic Language Teacher – Middle School

Preparing and planning lessons in accordance with the curriculum and approved educational objectives.

Teaching Arabic language skills to students, including reading, writing, grammar, morphology, spelling, expression, literature, and texts.

Developing students' skills in reading comprehension, analysis, and oral and written expression.

Using diverse teaching strategies and methods that take into account individual differences among students.

Preparing classroom and extracurricular activities that promote the use of the Arabic language and increase student interaction.

Preparing tests, assignments, and continuous assessments, and analyzing student results to identify strengths and needs.

Providing academic support to students who need to enhance their language skills.

Monitoring student progress and regularly documenting their academic levels.

Employing modern educational tools and technologies in teaching the Arabic language.

Enhancing critical and creative thinking skills through the discussion of literary and linguistic texts.

Maintaining a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.

Collaborating with department members, teachers, and administration to achieve the educational goals of the stage.

• Communicating with parents as needed regarding the student's academic level and progress. Participating in relevant school meetings, events, and activities.

Adhering to school policies and procedures and participating in continuous professional development programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching Arabic, preferably at the middle school level.
• Fluency in Arabic speaking and writing.
• Good knowledge of modern curricula and teaching strategies.
• Ability to manage the classroom and interact effectively with students.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use technology and educational platforms in the learning process.
• Commitment to professionalism and school policies.
• Experience in private or international schools is preferred.
