Technology Engineer - Network Infrastructure (Aruba)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technology Engineer – Network Infrastructure to join our Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
• Configure and maintain routing and switching environments.
• Deploy and support Aruba-based network infrastructure (wired and wireless).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
• Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning.
• Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Network Infrastructure (Aruba technologies preferred).
• Solid understanding of routing & switching protocols (e.g., VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP).
• Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level network devices.
• Good knowledge of network security principles and data protection practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and network performance optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Aruba (ACMA/ACMP), CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments is a plus.
