As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and commercially driven Bid Manager to support our expanding pipeline and tender activity.
Role Summary
The Bid Manager will lead and coordinate the full bid and tender lifecycle, from opportunity review and qualification to proposal development, submission, and post-submission follow-up.
This role is responsible for managing RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals, ensuring all submissions are compliant, high-quality, and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate combines strong proposal discipline, commercial awareness, excellent writing and coordination skills, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced B2B services environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full bid lifecycle from bid identification to final submission.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and bid documents to assess requirements, risks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Delivery.
• Develop bid plans, timelines, ownership matrices, and submission checklists.
• Ensure proposals are professionally structured, compliant, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Track clarifications, client communications, submission status, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain and improve a bid library including templates, standard responses, credentials, and case studies.
• Support pricing coordination and commercial documentation with relevant teams.
• Prepare post-submission summaries and support internal handovers when required.
• Monitor bidding portals and identify relevant opportunities.
• Contribute to bid strategy, win themes, and continuous improvement of proposal quality. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in bid management, tender management, proposal writing, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience handling RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Excellent project coordination and deadline management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and document quality.
• Ability to manage internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Good commercial understanding and proposal development capability.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in cybersecurity, managed services, technology, consulting, or B2B services.
• Experience with Saudi market tenders and bidding portals.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal tools, and document management platforms.

Requirements
