Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 3–5 years of managerial experience in sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building pipelines, managing teams, closing enterprise deals, and driving sustainable growth. Experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, or B2B solutions is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams for successful client engagement.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth. Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• CRM and pipeline management experience.
• Arabic & English fluency preferred.

• Existing network in Saudi market.
