We are currently recruiting for a Techno Functional Specialist–Salesforces to join our Information Communication and Technology team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope
Techno Functional Specialist-Salesforce will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the Salesforce environment, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Salesforce applications across Sales and Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
Financial
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Sales and Service processes through the effective use of technology. Lead initiatives to enhance system functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
Customer
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Sales, TGL, TGD, and other business units to understand their requirements and ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and priorities.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Process
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, including creating objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Develop and implement robust data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using tools such as Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party integration platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases by reviewing and testing new features and functionalities.
Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities to enhance business processes.
Selection Criteria
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Developer are highly desirable.
Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with the following: o 2 years in Projects delivered in Sales Cloud:
• 2 years in Projects delivered in Service Cloud
• 2 years in Projects delivered in Field Service Lightning
• 2 years in Projects delivered in CPQ
• 2 years in Projects delivered in Digital Engagement
• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce CPQ modules.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and architecture.
• Proficiency in Design, develop, Test and Deploy custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flows and Declarative Automations.
• Implementation and support of Salesforce integration with WhatsApp to send the utility and service messages to customer for field service operations.
• Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with other ERP systems such as Oracle EBS/Fusion using REST/SOAP or middleware tools to sync the financials information across the systems.

• Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, Async Apex (Batch, Schedulable, Queueable), FSL and CPQ.
• Data Security (Sharing Rules, OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets), Data Management (Data Loader, Import Wizard), Automation (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules), Reports & Dashboards, Custom Objects & Fields, Validation Rules.
