We are looking for a POS Installation & Activation Specialist to join our Operations team and support the deployment and activation of POS devices across partner locations.
This role involves on-site installations, technical troubleshooting, partner training, and ensuring smooth device activation within the required SLA.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit partner locations to install and activate POS devices.
• Configure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivity.
• Conduct device testing and activation verification.
• Train partners and staff on basic device usage and operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site (hardware, connectivity, software).
• Replace or reconfigure devices when required.
• Document installation activities and update activation workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure installations and issue resolution are completed within SLA timelines.
Requirements
• +1 years of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS deployment.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
• Good communication skills when dealing with partners and merchants.
• Ability to work in field operations and travel between locations.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational SLAs.
