Staff Nurse - ICU (STMC)

The ICU Staff Nurse is responsible for monitoring, emergency response, mechanical ventilation, vasopressor and dialysis therapies, complex post-operative care, and skilled use of specialized equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, feeding tubes, catheters, and central lines to optimize patient outcomes. The position requires proficient use of specialized medical equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, feeding tubes, catheters, and central lines, to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the ICU Staff Nurse plays a critical role in emergency response, patient stabilization, and ongoing critical care management while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and patient-centered care.
